3. Our services
As-Salamah Properties provides real-estate enquiries, project and investment information, learning materials, and paid digital tools including BuildCost Pro. Availability, price, access duration, and deliverables are stated on each live offer page.
4. Orders and payment
You must provide accurate billing and transaction information. An order is not accepted until payment has been received or manually verified. We may reject duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or unverifiable transactions and will never ask for your PIN, OTP, or card password.
5. Digital delivery
Access to a digital product is activated after successful payment verification. Manual mobile-payment submissions are normally reviewed within the timeframe displayed at checkout. You are responsible for keeping order and access links confidential.
6. Permitted use
Products and account access are licensed to the named customer for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, publish, share, reverse engineer, or provide unauthorized access to protected materials or tools.
